For the church we will be using the cell church method.  Its combination of intimate home groups and larger celebration style gatherings help to meet all the needs of a church that is glorifying God.   Home groups (or cells) make it easy to know a small group of people in the church well and provide a feeling of belonging. This also facilitates ministry to happen within and outside of the group.  In a large gathering of believers, excitement is contagious and the understanding is fostered that one isn’t alone in their faith but part of a much larger vision or body.  Each member of the body will be enabled for ministry by learning how to use their personality, abilities, gifts, passions and experiences in a way that God intended. As Italians start to come to Christ they will be given some responsibility and provide input for the leadership of the church.  As they are discipled and leaders emerge, an early Leadership team will be formed and from them, elders and servant leaders will be discipled.
