Phases of Transition and Development

In order to bake a cake, you have a recipe. In order to pay your bills you have a plan. First review your outstanding bills, then you may write checks, then you put them in envelopes and finally you mail them. We have plans in most everything we do, whether it is small daily tasks or large projects. So it is with no surprise that we have a plan for planting a church in Verona. Here are the different phases that we plan to go through in order to plant the church and leave a church that glorifies God. We aren't positive how long each phase will last, but they illustrate components that we need to put in place in order to accomplish our task.
