Obviously, our team is not alone in this ministry. In addition to all of our prayer partners and supporters, we have several people who are involved in guidance and support for our team.
Team Expansion
Team Expansion is our mission organization and it has been around since 1978. It is a large family of mission minded believers who desire to impact the least reached people groups by starting church planting movements. You join teams that are dedicated to helping you fulfill your God-given dream to share Christ's love with those who need Him the most. As of 2007, Team Expansion has over 300 missionaries in over 40 countries doing

Field Task Force
Field Coordinator
Matt Crosser, as Team Leader is accountable to a
USA-based Field Coordinator who
functions as a part of International Services. Note that this Field
Coordinator is carefully chosen
and trained by Int'l Services, rather
than being hand-picked by the field
team members themselves.
Representative Elders
In addition, each missionary stays
in close touch with two personally chosen
Representative Elders who give
spiritual and emotional support
during good times and bad. They are either ordained ministers or active ordained elders.
These elders stay in touch with onsite workers via phone, letters,
and email. They stay
close in touch with each other and
with the Field Coordinator. As a
group, they make up the Field
Task Force, of which the Field
Coordinator is Chairman.
PACE Project Church
Team Expansion aims to build networks with churches that can strategically carry out the Great Commission. We call these networks "PACE Projects." Team Expansion comes alongside your church to provide a consultant and resources to help you become more aware of how you can participate in global missions.
What does PACE stand for?

- Pray for renewal among all God's people and for His message to spread worldwide.
- Activate church members in sharing Christ around the world.
- Commit to establishing a church planting movement with a least reached people group.
- Enlist the help and potential of others in the expansion of the kingdom.
Local Pace Project Coordinator
Serves as the bridge between the PACE church and the teams on the field.

missionaries is a critical one!
Without these dedicated and
sacrificial servants, our mission
would cease to function. We are
deeply grateful to those who are
called to further the task of world
evangelization by serving as
forwarding agents.
Team Pastors
Outside of the Team Expansion, they work in tandem with Team Expansion to provide member care in times of crisis, change as well as usual times too. They make trips to the field every two to three years and also attempt to connect with each individual missionary while they are in the U.S. for Home Assignment. |
